1:00 PM – Getting Ready in Your Suite
The day begins in your gorgeous suite at The Broadmoor. I’ll arrive to photograph the little details—your dress, invitations, rings—and capture the excitement as you and your favorite people get ready. Pop the champagne, turn up your favorite playlist, and let’s kick off the celebration!
2:30 PM – First Look by the Lake or Garden
We’ll head out to one of the dreamy spots on the property—like beside the lake, under the tall pines, or in the Rose Garden—for a quiet, emotional first look. It’s your chance to slow down, breathe each other in, and share a private moment before the whirlwind begins.
3:00 PM – Wedding Party & Couple Portraits
We’ll explore the resort grounds for relaxed and fun wedding party photos, plus romantic portraits of just the two of you. From mountain backdrops to European-style architecture, The Broadmoor gives us endless options to create timeless images.
4:00 PM – Ceremony on the Lawn
Time to say “I do!” With the Rockies behind you and your favorite people gathered around, your ceremony takes place on the stunning West Lawn (or a garden terrace). I’ll document every tear, laugh, and vow with heart.
4:45 PM – Cocktail Hour
While your guests mingle and sip drinks on the patio or in the courtyard, I’ll capture candid moments, styled décor, and quick family formals if we haven’t done those earlier. This is a great time for a breather or sunset portraits, too.
6:00 PM – Reception Begins
The reception kicks off in one of The Broadmoor’s elegant ballrooms. From grand entrances and toasts to dinner and dancing, I’ll be right there documenting every joyful, tearful, hilarious, and real moment.
7:30 PM – Golden Hour Portraits (Optional)
Just as the sun dips behind the mountains, we’ll sneak away for a few glowy golden hour shots—just the two of you. These moments are often some of the most peaceful and magical of the day.
9:00 PM – Grand Exit or Dance Floor Magic
