While you prepare, I’ll visit your partner’s suite to capture their side of the story — adjusting ties, sharing laughs with friends, and those quiet, reflective moments before seeing you. These parallel moments tell the emotional build-up leading into your day.

1:30 PM – First Look by the Lake or in the Rose Garden

We’ll step into one of the Broadmoor’s most romantic spots — maybe the edge of the shimmering lake, beneath the tall pines, or surrounded by roses in full bloom. This is your private moment to slow down, breathe each other in, and share that first look before the celebration unfolds. It’s calm, emotional, and beautifully intimate.

2:00 PM – Couple Portraits & Wedding Party Photos

We’ll wander the resort’s elegant walkways and manicured gardens for portraits full of connection and joy. The Broadmoor’s grand architecture, mountain vistas, and soft natural light create the perfect mix of classic and romantic. Every frame will feel timeless.

3:30 PM – Ceremony on the Lawn

It’s time. With the Rocky Mountains standing tall in the distance and your favorite people gathered close, you’ll exchange vows surrounded by beauty and love. I’ll document every emotion — the tears, the smiles, the way your hands find each other as you say “I do.”

4:30 PM – Cocktail Hour on the Terrace

​

Guests gather on the terrace to toast, mingle, and enjoy the mountain breeze. I’ll capture the laughter, champagne clinks, and candid interactions while you savor a few private moments together. This golden light hour gives us time for additional portraits, too — effortlessly elegant and bathed in warmth.

6:00 PM – Reception in the Ballroom

The celebration begins inside one of The Broadmoor’s grand ballrooms, lit by chandeliers and flickering candles. From the joyful grand entrance to heartfelt toasts, dinner, and dancing, I’ll be there capturing the rhythm of your evening — laughter, emotion, and the unforgettable energy of the night.
