Colorado Springs Wedding Photographer

I had the privilege of photographing Monique and George’s Colorado Springs mini wedding, and what an incredible experience it was. These two are such a wonderful couple, and I’m beyond grateful to have been part of their day.

A Romantic First Look at Glen Eyrie Castle

We began the morning at the historic Glen Eyrie Castle, one of the most unique wedding venues in Colorado Springs. Monique and George shared their first look on the castle grounds, and the energy was absolutely electric. You could feel their excitement and love radiating in every glance. It set the perfect tone for the rest of their celebration.

An Intimate Ceremony at Garden of the Gods

After their first look, we made our way to one of Colorado’s most iconic spots: Garden of the Gods. The dramatic red rock formations and sweeping mountain views provided a stunning backdrop for their vows.

The ceremony took place at High Point, surrounded by over 50 of their closest friends and family. The moment was intimate yet full of joy — laughter, happy tears, and a sense of peace that only this place can bring. If you’re considering your own ceremony here, my Colorado Elopement Guide has plenty of tips for planning a seamless day at this incredible location.

Golden Hour Portraits

As the sun began to set, we captured portraits of the newlyweds among the glowing sandstone cliffs. Golden hour at Garden of the Gods is nothing short of magical — the warm light painted the rocks in soft hues, creating unforgettable images for Monique and George to look back on for a lifetime.

If you’re dreaming of portraits like these, my investment packages include options tailored for both mini weddings and larger celebrations.

Final Reflections

Monique and George’s Colorado Springs mini wedding was so much more than a beautiful day — it was a celebration of love, family, and the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado. From the romantic castle first look to the emotional Garden of the Gods ceremony, every moment reflected their story perfectly.

I feel incredibly blessed to have been trusted to capture their memories. Monique and George, congratulations — and cheers to a lifetime of happiness together. 🥂

And just putting it out there — I’d be so honored to photograph your wedding day too, whether it’s an intimate mini wedding, a full-day celebration, or a simple elopement in the mountains.
