A Beautiful Garden of the Gods Couple Session in Colorado Springs
There are some couples who stay with you forever, and Brionna and DeShawn are exactly that. I first met them five years ago when they traveled from Louisiana to elope at Garden of the Gods during the middle of winter. Their day was full of laughter, connection, and genuine warmth despite the cold. Fast forward to this month, and they came back to Colorado Springs for another session. It meant the world to see them again. This time, we met at High Point at Garden of the Gods for a beautiful morning session. The sun was warm, the skies were clear, and the red rocks were glowing.
Reuniting Five Years Later
As soon as we met again, it felt like no time had passed. Brionna and DeShawn brought the same kindness, natural energy, and easygoing vibe they had on their elopement day. We walked around High Point capturing relaxed and meaningful moments surrounded by iconic rock formations and wide views of Pikes Peak.
After wrapping up the session, I headed up the mountain for another shoot at the Pikes Peak Summit. In the wildest and most unexpected twist, Brionna and DeShawn happened to be driving up the mountain at the exact same time. We crossed paths again at the top, and of course, we took a few more photos together with those incredible summit views.
It was the perfect ending to an already memorable morning.
